announced the industry's first 100 percent (100%) uptime guarantee for its Web
Hosting Services offered through PSIWeb Inc. Using a distributed services
architecture, PSINet is able to offer the most comprehensive shared hosting
service level guarantee available today.
The PSIWeb Hosting Service is guaranteed to be 100 % available twenty-four
hours a day, everyday. If a Web site outage occurs at any time due to a cause
by the Web Hosting Service or by PSIWeb, the customer will receive a one-time
quarterly credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the Web Hosting minimum
