A local radio guy uses a generic term - Windmilling. Refers to environmentalists who advocate something and at the same time fight it. You may laugh but it is really happening here and it has the potential of causing dramatic economic damage. In Minnesota the legislature has mandated that 25% of electrical generation must come from "renewable" sources by 2020. Read the story I linked to to see what hell you have to go through to create any renewable electric source. This will literally kill the state if we don't back off this ridiculous goal. (signed into law by Mr Pawlenty btw).
