Oh yes, I recall now! We were repeatedly told that they had to pass it into law, not only for us to know what was in it, but for Congress to know what was in it... and they got away with it!!! GZ, there are so many daily horrors and countless waves of unbelievably appalling nonsense out of Washington DC day in and day out, that it amounts to a disastrous tidal wave that never ends. It's like a f'ing crazy circus up there. -ng- We live in a dumbed down country that is simply too oblivious and pre-occupied to notice or care.
