3. Neither Gary Morgan nor Roland Breton, president of the company, have ever owned more than approximately 300,000 shares of the company. Mork's statement is a falsehood. I suppose that the above is open to interpretation, but my interpretation is that the 300,000 applies to each of them. Regardless, Morgan told me explicitly that all 2 million shares were Reg 144. Now where are the 1.4 million (my interpretation)? I will agree that is a good question that should be answered.
