For stocks that I have a core position at all, yes. I often have stocks that I consider specs. Those never go over 10%, usually closer to 5.

And yes to your questions about how I define core and spec ... I seem to recall you advising people to never go over 15% in a stock (probably one reason I use that rule -g), but how do you define core and spec yourself?
