Turkey's military chiefs quit ahead of key meeting.

This is not good. Lots going on in Turkey right now that's going to have a huge impact in the ME. They're in a shoving match with Iran over Syria with Iran warning Turkey to butt out of Syria's affairs. They've got a huge Syrian refugee problem on their borders and the Kurds are becoming more aggressive. This is not a good time to have their military in an uproar.
