What "buy-in" really means is the ability to try to politically try to shift the blame to somebody else. Hey all Dems, nowhere to shift the blame! Look at the tactics on the Boehner Bill. Reid was going to sit back, hope it didn't pass so he could shift the blame. Well where is his bill? Did he get anything passed in the Senate yet? What in F#$# did they do all last week? Nothing at all? How Does Reid think he can get a bill passed in the House and how can he not be blamed for writing a Bill that he full well knows in advance cannot pass in the House? Reid is putting an election ahead of the American People in getting debts reined in. The Dems know the gig is up for them because when Austerity Measures hit here, there isn't a single reason in the World to vote for an Single Democrat. Not a one of them.
