TC Pipelines LP (TCP) -NYSE

Started a tracking position in TCP. TC PipeLines, LP transports natural gas to market hubs and consuming markets primarily in the western and midwestern United States, and central Canada. I have wanted to own this one for the last 18 months, as it complements my other pipeline companies. The company has pipeline interest that services the Bakken area.

Here is their most recent presentation

Will swap out some of my high priced shares of ATO as I build up my position. At current prices, the TCP distribution yields almost 8%.

Free cash flows being impacted by low NG prices. Company could issue more shares in the future which might be a slight negative for the future. Still the company owns some very good pipeline assets in areas that should grow in the future.
