(Shorty, Isn't Ryan the same guy who ASSUMED SAVINGS, in the budget bill he sponsored that was passed by the House of Representatives this Spring, the exact same sort of big deficit savings from the "spending cuts" that presumably would occur as the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars get wound-down that Reid's bill does? :-)
