Thanks CB. So American bankruptcy law is don't ask Americans to sell their soul, not even for a doughnut, unless you are a woman buying the soul in exchange for love, because even a jury of the damned won't enforce the sale.

Ipso facto, infravide, ultra vires, habeas corpus, tempus fugit, inter alia we can conclude that lenders had best be cautious about who they lend to and whether it's merely a financial transaction, not a selling of soul.

So you don't get into the mental defective clientele because the lenders are perspicacious enough to avoid such a mistake in the first place - which was obviously not the case because hordes of Mindless Zombies lined up in droves to accept loans with any visible means of repayment, for properties which were obviously twice as expensive as their actual value.

My shorts of WFC and JPM are going okay and long may their claims on the souls of Americans be rejected by courts and juries.

Keep up the good work. Get those monkeys off their backs.

PS: I noticed that TJ got it wrong in his thinking that you thought satellites had wings. It was me who made that teasing claim and you denied it. He gets a lot wrong. I don't always bother to correct him. There are too few hours in the day. Mostly, people don't want to be corrected, because they have ulterior motives that even they might be unaware of.
