A political problem with the BBA is that Democrats in vulnerable seats could vote for the BBA

The Democrats have a fairly slender majority in the Senate. 52-48 or something. If a couple of them vote for it it will pass, as long as we don't get any RINO defections. The new Demo from Alaska has always pledged to vote for a BBA, so I for one, want call his bluff.
