how is Obama using the 14th amendment for the debt ceiling any different than using the commerce clause for obamacare?

obamacare is a pretty clear violation of the US Constitution and only by twisting the words and meaning of the commerce clause could it be interpreted to support obamacare.

And somehow Obama survived that one.

I certainly wouldn't put it past obama to try to use the 14th to get around this.
