Yesterday, I conferred with four (4) stew bums, winos, tramps(whatever the politically correct term is for these guys) as they tried to pan handle me down at the local gas station.....to a man, they said they had never bought any booze with money they did not have in hand.......I asked them if they had ever thought of running for congress, but the general consensus was they would have to sober up and bring fiscal sanity to D.C.....plus they didn't want to lower their position on the social status ladder.

p.s.....amazingly, they were also a bit foggy on the 14th amendment.

Article 2 of the Constitution authorizes the President to enforce and execute the laws of the US. The entitlement laws such as Social Security and Medicare are some of the laws which he must execute. In enforcing those laws, he must be mindful of the 14th Amendment which provides the public debts must not be questioned.
