During good economic times our politicians start new programs, expand New Deals, and what not. During economic slowdowns -- as per the dominant economic theories, the cure is to increase government spending. And then we are surprised that we're broke.

i posted the article to show that there is a failure of leadership.

IMO both parties are acting like children. pox on their houses.

it looks like the GOP is losing the perception battle, thereby giving obama a leg up in the election.
