Kenny has been wriggling like a worm on a hot concrete slab since this debt ceiling debate began. It must be like the playoffs....if they don't win it all, they won't win the Superbowl. ;^) Obama badly wants to spend the treasury to get re-elected.

Without the Health Care Act, health care spending would have grown even faster as it did before the Act was enacted.
