to say that a retailers has been adversely affected by the price of cotton seems ridiculous to me as I was told that the cost of the cotton itself relative to the retail cost of the product is very very low.

CTRN. I'll reenter now. A profitable fashion retailer in low-income communities about which I've mentioned before.

Stock now about $20/sh. Company said last month it's going for a goal of $4/sh in earnings in five years. Company has cash, no ltd (small amt. of "other long term liabilities"), so maybe it has the wherewithall to do it.

I'm intending to try to stick with them, at least now for a few tracking shares
