A game of musical chairs, Reid thinks by running out the clock, Boehner will give in. I think it is a LOT more than that, Steve. This is not about the debt.............it's about the re-election of Obama. If Reid and Obama give up, and agree to discuss this AGAIN during an election year, he is toast. The people will say "NO to more spending, if it becomes an election issue. The Dems gave up tax increases!! That tells you how urgent this timing question is. It is the ONE item that is NOT negotiable by the Dems. They will give up everything BUT this deal MUST go past the elections. You can take this to the bank.
