Paul Thanks for pointing out ABM. By looking at the basic numbers, it does seem a tad bit expensive to me. A pure play parking management company I found is STAN finance.yahoo.com However, not getting any warm feelings about STAN as its cashflow from operations have been steadily decreasing over the past 3 years and their debt level is still very high, though I don't know what the maturity profile of their debt is. I've been trying to find any companies listed in foreign exchanges but so far have not had any luck.
