In the case of Blacks, illegals, and Mestizos, I doubt many of them know what the Democratic Party actually stands for beyond a free handout. They simply believe that they must vote for Democrats because they perceive Republicans as evil racists who oppose free handouts. So true and that is why Dems are so scared of a debt ceiling cap, because if they can't give out free handouts why vote for them ever again. Of course same goes for the Republicans. Boy what will Blacks illegals and Mestizos do! I know what they will do. They will probably start emigrating to Canada where they can still get a free handout from the Socialists there.
