I was in Kenora years ago talking to a lady who had been to the US for a curling contest. Guard: Do you have any alcohol? Lady: Two cases of whiskey. Would you like to see it? Guard: Yes I would. Lady popped the trunk. Lady: Look at all those fancy bottles, aren't they pretty? Guard: Shut the lid and get out of here before someone sees that. OTOH I crossed back into the states with my cousin who smarted off to the guard. When they say pull over there and shut off your engine, it's gonna be a long day.
