One thing that has never changed is that there is no free lunch and if it looks to good to be true in almost all cases it usually isn't... Once I took off my rose colored glasses and wiped the dollar signs out of my eyes and consistently started taking money off the table on the way up that is when I started making big money consistently... Sure I've left a lot of money on the table over the years but if investing was based on 20-20 hindsight we would all be billionaires... You never go broke taking a profit and in the spec market sandbox we play in they can go down faster than they go up... buy and hold is the quickest way to go broke...
