HDY is not clear for the near future. First, let's look at the weekly chart.

A 5-wave impulse wave up started in March 09. Wave 3 ended in January and wave 4 down started. If 4 is a regular A-B-C, then it has ended and wave 5 is underway, which should carry up above the end of wave 3.

However, it is not a very strong wave 5 starting off, so it looks like wave 4 could be developing into a running flat, suggested by my dashed green lines on the chart. If so, there it is likely to work on down to the bottom of the channel before wave 5 begins.

The daily and intra-day charts are equally ambiguous.

I am out of HDY now, waiting for the pattern to develop.

Blessings,

JRH
