You missed my point entirely. Did I ever mention Sanders - No. In fact I think he is a glorified albiet talented salesman who could sell you swampland in Iceland. In fact I don't agree with his strategy in capturing a significant market share from Intel and I don't think that will happen in the forseeable future.
What I do like however is AMD's chip which brings a real alternative to the consumer. Without the likes of Cyrix and AMD, Intel would just sit on its laurels and when they felt they had milked one chip for all its worth would they introduce something else (I've no doubt that if it wasn't for the others Intel would not be producing PII's in mass for at least another year). These last 6 months are the most active I've seen Intel for years - I think it is good for the pc industry.
When I upgrade my 200MMX I don't want to be TOLD that I have to get a PII - I want alternatives.
I do not think a monopoly is healthy for anyone
Since you are very intimate with Intel's practices please tell me the negatives as you see them of Intel (EVERY company has some) - I don't need to know about AMD's as I could fill my chimney with your posts in that regard :)
.....I honestly would like to know and would respect your analysis based on your detailed knowledge of Intel

ps - for the record I find Paul's and Yousef's posts informative (though they often are designed to agitate) but those of Stockman's are an utter waste of time and lack any semblance of intelligence.
