Every time he makes a speech, you can see him trying to recapture the "magic." I'm afraid it isn't going to happen again. He's in a tough spot. Imagine, having squandered your presidency on 2400 pages of "Obamacare", and realizing that the first actions taken by Congress after you're kicked out -- on Jan 21, 2013, will be to repeal it with a single sentence.
