Hi Georgi,

The NYSE listing is a sponsored ADR, meaning Cameco's shares are held by the depository bank and Cameco has a direct involvement in the issuance of the receipts. Usually, the correction would occur through arbitrage of the shares - selling the overvalued and buying the undervalued. This could be done by regular investors or sometimes the depository bank (Bank of New York Mellon is the largest) could do it - think of BRK/B shares which are trading at a fraction of BRK/A as the depository bank keeps them in check.
