Rant: Government's only true job is to "Provide for the Common Defense"...... This Government has been doing a pretty crummy job of that task. Pawing through Granny's underclothing, and having everyone off shoes, belts, change, keys, computers, purses, juice bottles, etc etc etc in lines before going through either huge xray machines, or submitting to what amounts to fondling and patting...or both, just seems to be all they can think of..... How many wars are we involved in? How many are supported by our Congress and the American people? How many ILLEGALs are coming in by the millions through our borders? How many people have been killed, or robbed, or injured by these people? And BTW....THINK of the hundreds of thousands of TSA jobs that have been invented....Government at its "most stupid best"..... Our unemployment numbers would be multiples of what they currently show if we didn't have so many TSA people.....PLUS all the numbers of unemployed that continue to get Government checks for 99 weeks....but all the Government counts is 26 weeks.... If this were a comedy/farce, no one would believe it....it's so far off base... Instead it's a tragedy...and we are living it. It's job is to only create the conditions for people to thrive.
