Let me put it this way.

Whether it is 10T or 14T "unfunded liability" doesn't matter, because EITHER ONE is closer to accurate than your misunderstanding which was a "75 year expenditure".

A 75 year expenditure would be a MUCH smaller unfunded liability, and a far more radically incorrect figure than any I may have given.

In short, I may have cited an incorrect figure. YOU, OTOH, don't even get the concept.
