Ky, my simple-minded understanding of what you are saying is that the debt is going up, but if the nation's salary increases we will be able to service the debt, but if we don't get a national salary increase we will soon be in deep doo doo. In other words, the financial engineering from Congress is an illusion and is a fraud. Is that a correct interpretation?
