<...But I am just having a difficult time with why the squeeze hasn't happened yet. I am distressed about the certificate delay...>

Here's a possibility to consider: Cert delay=squeeze delay. Had there been no delays in the delivery of certs, perhaps the financials just wouldn't matter today. On the other hand, poor financials hitting the street before the squeeze action becomes clearly evident to Joe public could kill the squeeze before it starts.

Michael,

That was the most reasonable post that I have seen you post ever.
If you would keep it to that tone of voice, I'am sure we could have
a lot better dialog.

G'nite All,
Remember, We're not getting our certs because THERE'S TOO MANY SHARES OUT THERE!!! Kugler doesn't tell you that Jean Cavallo and Don Kelly( who has been assigned to deal w/RMIL cert requests) have told us that the first chill was due to the merger and change in certs, the second chill was due to NO INVENTORY of RMIL certs. Kugler also doesn't mention that the NASD has defined the wait for RMIL certs "excessive" and is investigating the delay. He also NEVER mentions why Mork incorporated a new co. and named it OLYMPUS VENTURES, he never mentions Morks' fradulent press releases, nor Morks' short position in definitive terms. Yet! Kugler is the holder of the TRUTH, a one-man crusade for the TRUTH!! Kugler, Do the math for us, if those 144's DO come into play, How many go to Breton & Morgan? How many will effect the float/squeeze? Tell us that oh great one...then tell us why we can't get our certs...better yet, tell the NASD and end their investigation, Pugs <EOM>

Thanks Mike, that was the first post in a long time from you that actually said something which both sides (nays and yays) should agree on.

Come next year at this time, when we look back on what has happened, good or bad, I think all of us will come out better off, either financially or a lesson learned.

I also agree a more rational approach will produce more towards finding the real truth on this company, not the 'truth' that PUHRTY and mawork put out.

And hey, if we find out that Morgan has lied to us and the whole squeeze falls apart, those who formed the foundation have set a precident of solidarity on this medium of the internet. With someone like you and someone like Riley working together rather that opposed, just imagine what could be done towards stopping the illegal short selling of small companies stock.

Okay, now back to reality...
