Interesting experience with ipad2.

dropped it yesterday, badly cracking glass, so took it in to local store for service.

Beyond repair, and did not purchase insurance since I never ever drop things, yeah, sure.

Long story short, walked out with new one, gratis, no muss, no fuss. 15 minutes of delightful efficient service.
