The 14.8% of current GDP revenue is based on Obama self inflicted policies.

That's BS....revenues were at 16% in both 2003 and 2004, then started dropping precipitously again in 2007, and 2008...nothing at all to do with Obama....

a complete overhaul of EPA ....balancing the needs of the environment with the needs of business (I believe the current EPA is totally out of control and I consider myself an environmentalist).......a complete overhaul of the federal bureaucratic regulatory system which is stifling economic growth.

I wish one of you guys would post something concrete about this claim...i have yet to hear from anyone in detail what the EPA is doing that is stifling business...I google the subject and all that I find is a proposed tightening in ozone emissions and the incandescent bulb non sense....what can you add to this considering the passion in your call to action....same about this "regulatory" stuff...in the backdrop of the worst financial debacle in modern history no less.

Currently we are on a path to spend (this year) about 3.8/14.9 or 25.5% of GDP (increasing to over 30% in 5 years)

Where did you get that 30% in five years figure?? The long term CBO outlook is for us to drop back to 20% by 2020 and then begin to climb back up....not hitting 30% until 2085, driven primarily by social programs. Before you start setting policy you should get the baseline right.

So what is your limit? What is the liberal's own self imposed limit on Federal govt. spending? Give us a number.

Considering our changing demographics, even if we gut everything else, and that's a dangerous premise, I don't think it's possible to remain at 20%...I don't know what the right number is...i suppose it depends on how we come to think of medical care for the elderly and poor...I know that the nation has a cost problem driven by demographics...no matter how one chooses to pay for these things it will cost money...somebody is going to have to pay for it...and if our national wealth continues to be driven in the hands of the few, the answer to that question is obvious and inescapable.
