Which part of government revenues vs. government spending do you NOT understand? If your spending exceeds revenues by $1.4 trillion, you have to BORROW the DEFICIT between the numbers. I don't think I have enough time in the day to explain these concepts to you in a way you could understand them. I can only recommend others do not waste their time on you. It truly takes a LIBERAL MINDSET to have the facts presented to you on a silver platter and you still can't COMPREHEND THEIR MEANING.
