brad,

"The internet commerce people are going to have to agree on a standard........"

Microsoft has already gone with NRID for thier Internet brower.
Haven't noticed any other mention conecting the internet with any other biometric companies. But I don't have the time to do much research lately, would like to know if I'm wrong.
It's often the company that gets in first that sets the standards. Purdue Credit Union, and Microsoft already voted on what they think the standard should be.

Bob

I guess they can agree on this point a lot faster than they can with the subject of one kind of credit card and which format to use for security...Anyone for "Cybercash".... Mastercard and Visa both have their own standards (encryption) and are trying to get to the "one and only". Wether or not it will be your fingerprint or a password, they will still have to agree on one type of encryption so everyone can use it. Good luck everyone.
