Short BGL. Brooke Group posted earnings yesterday of negative $.87 a share. Their revenues were down 12%. They are losing customers, and are currently in several serious litigations. They are the defendant in all of them....meaning they are the ones being sued and no money is coming their way if they win. According to Yahoo, they have been selling assets left and right, possibly considering liquidation. Their assests would yield about $3 a share, so that is at best what these share prices should be. This has had a mysterious run-up as of late on very light volume. It looks as though it peaked two or three days ago, and now it's falling.

Nerves of steel....that's why I said sell 3 months out. Always helps to have time on your side. Besides, if the market is stragnant, the seller has the advantage.
