or the lot fee. after agreeing to terms on my Explorer with the salesguy, i went in to see the paperwork guy who added on a $500 lot fee to my total. i said i'm not paying that. he said it's dealership policy no car leaves the lot without it. not paying. i don't make the policy he says. go get the guy who does. you gotta pay it. ok tell me what the lot fee is for and maybe i'll pay it. everyone pays it. not me. tell me what it is. it's a lot fee. i ain't paying it. ok it's a 3 year anti theft insurance protection policy. i don't want it and i ain't paying it. you have to. go get the guy who makes the policy that says all buyers have to pay it. he stomps off for 10 minutes comes back, tears up the paperwork, re does it minus the lot fee, too funny.
