Everyone who knows and despises me here is aware that I use earnings revision analysis, which has been very accurate in predicting the rise up and incredible fall of WDC and the other DD stocks in the last half year. Combined with fundamental analysis of the company and sector, which is rehashed ad nauseum here, it gives an investor an excellent grasp of the outlook for this company and the sector. Since the fundamentals are gone over and repeated so much, I won't go into them, other than to say, WDC has some serious problems with margins given the intense price cutting, and with its product mix.
