The debt deal gives DM everything he wants and more. That's why Pelosi said she wanted to study it. By that she meant she wanted to contemplate ways to twist the concessions repubs made into more of her nefarious strategies. DM confirmed this triumph during his rose garden speech.

Now the 'crats are blaming the repubs for having failed to create jobs. This is one of their standard techniques. Accuse their opponent of failing to live up to their responsibility. You'll notice this if you get into an argument or discussion with a lib. That's is, if you can keep them on one topic long enough.

How will debt deal work? The 'crats will twist it into a tax raising device that makes no cuts. Doesn't matter how it's worded. Who is to "sue" them, assert that the law is being broken? For that matter if the repubs had held out for CCB, the 'crats wouldn't have gone along with it even if it was written into law. That's why I laid out the 14th amendment issue, and it's a method that will be used to realize tax raising and no cuts. You shouldn't be surprised about this because the 'crats have applied this approach in a major way something like three times since Carter.
