Cypress Minerals Corp CYP Shares issued 13970781 1997-11-18 close $0.44 Wednesday Nov 19 1997 Amendment No. 1 dated November 17 1997 to the company's EOP dated October 20 1997, has been filed with and receipted by the BCSC and the VSE effective November 18 1997. The amendment discloses the following changes: 1. The exercise of share purchase warrants before the record date has resulted in certain capital changes; and 2. Additional drilling results were disclosed. Consequential changes to reflect the above have been made to the EOP.
