<As for your argument that MSFT outmaneuvered the competition, good for them. They have been paid handsomely for it, and deservedly so. But this very success has put them in a monopoly position, and thus they have an extra responsibility to be careful in how they leverage this position, and it is clear that they have improperly done so quite often.>

You are coming danergously close to limiting the amount of success a company should strive for. NSCP outmaneuvered the competition and has effectively destoyed the market potential for for Eudora's mail products, and at least 20 some odd browser companies. Should not NSCP be just as careful about every step they take? Aren't they just as guilty of monopolistic practices in the email sub industry? After all, they did GIVE AWAY the email client in an attempt to push thier mail server and browser sales. This was done via there monopolistic position in the browser industry, which at one point was over 90%. NSCPput many browser companies out of business thereby stifling entrepenurial development in the browser arena, yet Nader never attacked them once.

Be careful of double standards.
