IMO, at this point it's more important to nail down how many shares are restricted, than how many certificates are in the hands of individual shareholders(although,I realize this is paramount). The first number should be able to be verified, the second, unless verified by the TA, is of no consequence(spelling?)and has no verifiable merit to shareholders who aren't in the "circle"
