Government Properties Income Tr (NYSE: GOV) - Order to BUY below $22.50/share
MDU Resources Group, Inc. Commo(NYSE: MDU) - Order to BUY below $20.00/share
Waste Management, Inc. Common S(NYSE: WM) - Order to BUY below $30.00/share
Spectra Energy Partners, LP Com(NYSE: SEP) - Order to BUY below $29.00/share

These are my BUYs for today that are setting up. I want to be sure I grab a few shares as long as lower lows are hit on lower volume. SEP & MDU are working as they are selling off on little volume. WM has had heavy selling volume for last five days so it may take one more day to exhaust all the selling. GOV announced earnings which were OK but w/ the recent stock dilution $22.50/share seems like a good value entry point. That represents a 7.5% yield. My initial target on GOV was below $23.00/share, so we should be close for a small nibble.

Many more other's on the watch list but must conserve my dry powder if this sell off is extended.

Oil at $91.45 is signaling BUY but I will look at adds if it cracks $90.00/barrel.

EKS

OFC. This reit recently reduced distribution so as to "free up cash be able to allocate the additional free cash flow toward improving our balance sheet flexibility and/or funding existing development projects."

I decided that while this may be good long-term strategy for the company and/or for management, I'm not willing to stick with this niche office reit with the distribution rate now expected to be, for this year, $1.10/$22.94, or 4.8%.

I held a full position which I closed today. If I held, I'm guessing I would be seeing not much chance of capital appreciation coupled with not such a great yield for holding on.
