Why is it a net plus?

Because its a Pareto improvement, at least one individual is better off without anyone being worse off. In fact in the process of generating the wealth other people's lives are improved as well, but even if that wasn't true, an improvement for just one person is an improvement not a loss.

Its fine to want the poor and middle class to do better. I share that concern. But pulling down the rich doesn't help the poor it just pulls down the rich.

Ted could be a poster child for envy

I am disgusted because people in this country are starving due to no fault of their own while the rich get richer thanks to all the support from your cohort and are buying ferraris like they are going out of style. The fact that you are so emotionally bankrupt that you can't see how disgusting that dispartiy is not a surprise to me. Its very clear from your posts you gave up any pretense of being an emotional being long ago.

Hardly anyone is starving in America. And no one is starving because people are rich or buying expensive toys like Teslas of Volts. The only emotional bankruptcy is on the part of folks looking for any pathetic excuse to justify their rage at the world.
