My guess would be the union folks couldn't get clearance from the Secret Service due to past activities.

In Appleton Wi we learned that the union was overcharging by $3,000,000 for health insurance. Innocent taxpayers were forcibly ripped off...Walker changed that...and Kenneth supports the unions instead of the citizens...he is a sick angry man.
