Al, I haven't been following the FAA story.

But can you please get over the notion that you have to bail out mismanaged companies just because they employ too many people?

At worst, GM's plants and brands would have been bought up by outside investors. Most of the employees will still have jobs.

By the way, I have a few friends who used to work for Lehman Brothers. How come they weren't bailed out but Bear Stearns and AIG was?

THEY ARE PAID FOR THE WORK THEY DO. And paid far more than they should be, at that.

Why do you think they have ANY CLAIM whatsoever?
