ALL: I found whatever info of inside selling from SILICON INVESTOR HOT LINK (side bar or navigate)to INSIDER TRADER and the summaries from june to oct. there is reference to cymer in all but july and reference to directors and others by reference of the key.(D,F,O)

I discounted those as regular tranactions throughout the course of the year- If by looking at them you can judge otherwise please tell me what i missed-- I believe this is what Murphy was refering to in his last paragraph about recommending cymer but a suit over inside trading and timing of secondary offering <--- hope not, his outlook or commentary. And again maybe the timing of sec.offer and what the thread was figuring out MIGHT be relevant to murphys comment (I felt nessary to put that in from another "source"<-murphy about ESP. the convertible debt to show you guys you weren't alone in examining that.

I apologize for forgetting the last quotation remark after $48 dollars the rest of the comments where mine.

if i have time i will gather info from INSIDE TRADER summaries in table form but I am rather slow at the keyboard.
