They may also be required to file public information with the EPA. Search petroleum.

epa.gov

The Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976 provides EPA with authority to require reporting, record-keeping and testing requirements, and restrictions relating to chemical substances and/or mixtures. Certain substances are generally excluded from TSCA, including, among others, food, drugs, cosmetics and pesticides. TSCA addresses the production, importation, use, and disposal of specific chemicals including polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), asbestos, radon and lead-based paint. Read more about TSCA .

They will also have to comply with the new GHS rules.
osha.gov

And DOT regulations
fmcsa.dot.gov

If JBI is going to own & operate, sell, transport or make any type of near petroleum distillate, they have to follow a lot of regulations.

Bordynuik must have scrambled to get that JBI Inc single MSDS reference posted to the CCOHS website, so he could claim he found it on Google. He couldn't get it put on the JBI Inc website at such short notice , so he settled for CCOHS in the vain hope it would stop the questions.

As of three hours ago JBII has a single MSDS on file at the CCOHS site, yet JBII's web site claims they have 3 products available for sale: diesel, furnace oil and fuel oil #6. Was the product sold to both Oxy Vinyls and Coco the same "Petroleum distillate" that MSDS refers to? Where are the MSDS sheets for the other JBII fuel products we were led to believe JBII would produce and sell?

See, that wasn't so hard after all. But as "JBII IS NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING FUEL" it's probably not needed, even if the MSDS were available at that site.
