My first "watch list": PETM, CKFR

PETM has been trading extremely high volume around the $6.25 - $7.25 range. Earnings are out in a week. This company has a PSR of .50 and a price to book of just over 2. Opening 70 some new stores next year, closing unprofitable ones, refining their inventory management system. Looks to be a good value turnaround play.

CKFR had 3 times it normal volume yesterday, finishing up over $1. No new news, so "something else" must be up. (Wish I had bought some when it was $10. Now it's at $29)

For those who have a few extra hundred (thousand) dollars that you're looking to park for a "speculative, high return" prospect, check out the VLNC thread. R&D company in the next generation battery, lithium polymer. Battery cells are over twice as longer as current ones, no memory of recharge, and can be formed to fit in whatever space desired, and are very thin, like 3/16" thin!

Market's looking good now. Will the next move be 500 points up or down??? Ask Hussein.
