Hi John,
The narrow mindedness was just referred to your way of commenting any fonix action. I have no clue what you have done so far in life and are not in a position to comment on this.

If you still disagree on the exclusivity clause all you need to do is call either one of the companies. Since you don't trust the fonix executives talk to the Siemens people.

As for the stock price falling below 6, I've never stated it couldn't. All I said is that your maximum reward would be 6 bucks, assuming that the company would go bankrupt. I'm sure though that as a sophisticated investor you are aware of the risk.

Good luck,

Frank

John, I don't mean to be rude but you need to wake up if you do not think that a deal with Siemens is significant. Siemens grosses something like $58 billion dollars per year in revenue. They plan on incorporating Fonix into half of all their products. Can you imagine what kind of revenue stream that will bring to Fonix?
That anouncement yesterday was great and puts Fonix on the map. If you look at other voice recognition companies with no current revenues you may get some kind of idea what Fonix is worth.
I know your trying your hardest to drive the stock down with you negative comments and trying to down play everything good that happens. I know your little game and you will soon eat your words.
Really, I could care less if you do not see the value in Fonix. Siemens seems to see tremendous value in what Fonix has, thats good enough for me. Do you think Siemens would just throw away millions of dollars on something they didn't think would go places? Of course they would not.
I apologize for being so abrupt but I just get a little miffed when a person can be opened minded enough to give a company their fair dues. I've been disappointed in the time frame also, but yesterdays news validates everything that Fonix has done. I believe you will see very signigicant results. It may not be today or tomarrow, but it won't take long now. Fonix is on their way.
