Dale, I'm sorry that you're choosing to keep your head in the sand. . Really, no disrespect intended. I assume you're referring to Kim Edwards selling 400K shares, a very small % of his holdings due to options issues (employee, not stock). 40K is a long way from 40MM. However, that's ok. As I stated in my post to Clemente, you must make your own investment decisions based on the information out there (and live with it). As for the post re: a Form 144 filing, well, the 8K don't lie.
