Inflation still at bay
Consumer prices rose 0.2 percent in
October, the Labor Department reported
Tuesday. The figure is right in line with
economists' expectations and indicates
little inflationary pressure on the
economy. Food and energy prices, which
are typically volatile, had little effect on
the consumer price index.

RE: CPI numbers

Truff,

Good morning.

They just posted them on CNBC. 0.2 per cent.
Commentators didn't make a big deal of 'em.

Cheers, Tom (long IOM)
